M.A.D. Pay It Forward Charity Car Wash Event

We would like to ammounce our M.A.D. Pay It Forward Charity car wash event. We are washing cars to raise funds for "Olive Osmond Perpetual Hearing Fund. We also have the Posters designed and we think they look pretty good. What do you think ? Since we live in Quebec we did this poster in French as well. I also found out this Sunday that a friend of our has connections with the news papers and he is going to look into having one of the news papers to be there to take pictures talk, people and write the story for the paper. We also have someone making special M.A.D. Pay It Forward buttons to sell to raise awareness and funds. We will have a Gene Simmons (KISS) impersonator at one of the locations. James and I are so thrilled at how this event is coming together.

We would like of Officially welcome April to our "M.A.D. Pay It Forward" Team, she has been doing an awesome job helping us make this event happen.

Pay It Forward Update

I am really excited to share this update on our program. 

There is a school that is in need of therapeutic play equipment for some special children that get over stimulated. So we want to "Pay It Forward" to and get this equipment for them. Some of the things they need are Bean Bag Chairs, Portable Trampolines, Special Family Puppets that will help the children that have difficulty expressing themselves, Large carpets with the Alphabet on them. These are just a few of the things these children need. I spoke to the principle of the school and we will be meeting with him the first week in November to discuss further about the needs of these children.

Great News For Your Favorite Charity

We have so exciting news first I need to make a couple of phone calls but there is also now a possibility that you can "Pay It Forward" with the charity of your choice. Your charity can be in Canada, the US, or even the UK. As soon as I have confirmation on this I will post, what I hope will be good news for those that already have favorite charities they support.

Logo & Face book

We've finally got our M.A.D. logo added to the blog and our Face Book page is finally up to. If you have any M.A.D pictures or videos you can share we would love to see them. We are still working on the website and as soon as it's ready we will post here and on the M.A.D. Group Face Book page.

Welcome to "Pay It Forward" - part of the M.A.D (Make A Difference) program founded by Donny Osmond. "Pay It Forward" is a program organized by us (James & Laurie). We began this effort to provide continual donations to the many charities around the world like the "Childrens  Wish Foundation", the "Childrens Miracle Network", "Breast Cancer", "MS" and there are so many others. Not satisfied with just providing a one time donation, this idea was born out of participating with Donny Osmonds M.A.D. program.

"Pay It Forward" is challenging others to duplicate our efforts. Many charity programs & drives simply ask for donations. We believe there is strength on numbers - If 50 or a 100 or a 1000 people all do the same thing - what would the end result be?  Paying it forward is building success upon success - donation upon donation.

Here's an example of how it works - We pay $50 to the Childrens Wish Foundation" and take another $50 and pass it along to a company or person asking them to donate it to a charity of their choice and challenge them to do the same with  $50 of their own money. They would then take $50 from their funds and "Pay It Forward" to another company/person and challenge them. The process continues in like manor generating thousands for the "Childrens Wish Foundation". ( the amounts written are just an example, it can be $5 if that is what you have to contribute.) It also doesn't have to be money to a charity that you pay forward, it could be a simple Egg McMuffin breakfast at McDonalds for the next person that orders one. How great would that be to go up to the cash order and be told you don't have to pay anything itwas already taken care of by the person before you. Since yours was already paid you can do the same for the next person by Paying it Forward. 


It is our goal to help bring  joy and a better quality of life around the world and "Make A Difference" (M.A.D.).

This Blog will detail and document via video, photo's, and posts the updates on the efforts of all those who accept the challenge of "Paying It Forward". Participants if they desire will have their picture in this blog - as well as any company's that choose to "Pay It Forward". We believe this will become a world- over effort detailing hundreds, even thousands of donations.
